How we collect and use personal information
If you choose to fill out our contact form we will collect your name, e-mail address, and phone number along with any comment or inquiry you may have. With your permission we automatically place your name on our e-mail newsletter list so we can send you emails with information and special offers. To unsubscribe to our e-blasts you can click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter.

Cookies
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer from websites you visit. These identifiers are maintained on your computer’s hard drive and store information about your web browsing habits. Med-Rest.com does not use cookies to monitor our visitors viewing habits.
